Cheating girlfriend?

Last summer I found out that this guy had been chasing my gf for MONTHS on myspace. He was after her even when she was single and she blew him off constantly. She also blew him off while we were together. It's just that everytime he asked her out she would says she is busy instead of telling him she is taken. Her myspace said "in a relationship" but he didn't see it. Eventually she told him about me and he got mad because she never even gave him a chance and told her he was ready to hang out when she is. She went off about how she didn't want a bf when she met me and never wanted to see me after our first date, etc. Then at the end she stated that she is not sure how much longer we would be together is waiting for an answer from God. Keep in mind she blew him off even when single AND several months after I broke up with her she told him I thought she was cheating on me with him and how ridiculous she thinks it is because she just views him as a christian friend. But she lies to hide it

it sounds like a cry for attention. another feeble attempt for these particular atheists to bridge the gap, if you will, between science and religion. I've never denied that Jesus was a good person, fictional or not. All he seems to have taught was that people should be kind to eachother and I don't think any atheist should disagree with that. He's one of the few consistent good rolemodels out there.

I'd say that they have that right. What's it to you? You don't own Jesus. If they do not believe he is a god and are interested in his teachings, it doesn't make them any less of an atheist. It's not a group that I would be interested in because it's a little too close to religion since the most of what is known about Jesus is written in a book that I believe is a work of manmade fiction and propaganda geared toward making a martyr out of Jesus and concocting a new religion.

I can understand that and agree with it, but there is no physical proof Jesus existed. There were in fact many "messiahs" with loads of followers, around the time and birthplace of Jesus, that just didn't take off like Christianity did. I don't know if he was a visionary or just a product of his time. I am a fan of Jesus, but not organized religion or Christianity. Most American Christians would call Jesus a liberal hippie today.

About three weeks ago, I received an e-mail from a friend that he/she said I have been overwhelming or harassing him/her too much, pretending to be a one of my acquaintance friends on Myspace,and for calling him/her a bad and rude person when I was pretending to be someone else, not myself!? I didn't mean to do that to my christian friend, which I met him/her about 5 years ago, which he/she gave me an influence in my life? The day when I received that e-mail, it really hurt me very much and now I realize how important this friendship is... I need your help if anyone knows! I know he/she may be my friend in real life, but how do I get this friendship back like on myspace or facebook? I've been planning on waiting 3-4 months before I apologize to him/her, by giving him/her space to get over it! Honestly, once you've crossed the line for the person to actually have to tell you that you have been harassing them and too much, its really best you leave them alone for a while.

Just let it be, find some new friends for now and in a couple months, message them and say hey, how have you been.

I'm a bass player. Yes, it earns you a few points, although the Christian Rock thing, the 6 string, and the nice guy attitude are probably negating them. Girls go for musicians because they are creative, and sensitive, and a little bit rebellious. Find a rock band, lower the strap down below your nipples, and watch Jimmy Page in Song Remains the Same. You can still be a good Christian and not play Chistian Rock. In fact, it might even make you a better Christian:)

Why don't guys like me?

Personally, I think I'm pretty and have a great personality. I'm funny and fun to be around and everyone loves me as a friend... but I feel like guys don't ever like me as more then a friend.

Sometimes I'm like "one of the guys" and I always joke around, I have a funny laugh that makes everyone crack up and I love to mess around and just have fun. I'm super outgoing and am really nice and caring to everyone. I make friends really easily and am pretty confident in the way I carry myself.

I'm a strong Christian and have very high morals. I've even made a promise to myself to save my first kiss for marriage which alot of people seem to respect. But thats not because I'm against it- it's just because I think it's a cool thing to do and it will make my first kiss super meaningful.

I've just always noticed that guys never seem to really like me, say I'm pretty or hot or anything. It makes me really self conscious and doubt myself.

Good for you and your morals, I am not sure about the kissing but the stuff that it leads to sure does require care. Let's face it High School romances ( not sure of your age) are about growing up, and unfortunately sex. You seem to be mature for your age, so that could be the problem. Don't cave into the pressure, there is nothing wrong with you except maybe you are putting too much emphasis on finding your happiness with a boyfriend. You will find that special someone, but maybe you should look for him at church or youth group. I've heard of no sex before marriage (which is what I did), but no kiss before marriage is pretty extreme, even by Christian standards. That could definetely be a factor, and at your age, most guys are not thinking of marriage; Christian or otherwise.

You are definitely attractive, and sometimes, guys assume the "hot" girl has plenty of dates, or is out of their league and never express interest.

Lastly there is some disadvantage to just being seen as "one of the guys", because guys like a little mystery with their women, and if there's no mystery, there's no intrigue.

I commend you for being a strong Christian with high morals. That is difficult for many to do in our world today. I am sure there have been guys who have liked you, but maybe they feel intimidated to approach you about it since you do have high morals. There are many guys who do want to kiss if they date... She was telling me the other day that she didn't even really like her ex and all the things that where wrong with him.

BUT I was reading through the myspace comments they left each other back when they where going out and she was like you are a gift from God, I luv you, I miss you, we are so compatible, etc.

Yet she told me that she didn't really even like him he was just sooo nice to her. She said he wasn't even funny like me and that she didn't even have any chemistry with him. But that she has chemistry with me.

Yet she went out with him for almost a year (it was a long distance relationship, barely saw each other) and when WE first met she told me she broke up with him because of RELIGIOUS DIFFERENCES; he was mormon and she is christian and they didn't have anything remotely close to the same beliefs.

She liked him then. She doesn't now. Maybe at the time he was god, but they broke up. Obviously she ended up seeing things she didn't like in the guy. Thus they're not together anymore. The thing is, she doesn't like him. She likes you.

Count the days until you can get away from that enviroment. School isn't impossible because of no money. You can get grants and loans. Once you are 18, you are free to leave and I would suggest you do that. It sounds like you have a support group outside of your family-take advantage of any help you may get from them. And your mom needs some serious pyschiatric help-get her some and if she won't go, pressure your dad to get her to go.

I know that you feel, your mom thinks that you can take a wrong way. I don't have a mom, she passed away when I was 3 but had a second one. I have 22 now, I'm still stupid, have no responsibility, a person who can't be trusted, - that's her opinion. I had a fight on summer and now we don't talk with each over. This time I still went to college, worked as Dj, have a girlfriend but live with my grandma. Now, she - my second mom - asked my sister how much money do I earn and what I'm doing with that? It's funny, coz she is interested so much for me, not coz she cares, but only to prove that I'm still stupid, a child, non prepared for life.

Parents can seem over bearing at times! But most of the things they do are for your own good. I hated my mother in high school but now that I am 24, married and with 2 kids I know she did the best she could. A good thing wouls be for you to have a talk with your parents. What is the law concerning weblogs and schools?

Recently, my private school has written up over 30 or so students for social webpages such as Xanga and Myspace. They asked for the student's email (username), password, and they gave five demerits (these go on your record and count towards suspension or expulsion) for it.

Now, there was a rule stating that if you had a blog, you were to register it to the school. This was so they can check up on it and make sure no profanity or secular (yes, it's a Christian school) material was on it. Also, you were to sign a contract saying you were to abide by the school rules in and outside of campus.

My question is if they can do it. I see that the contract does state it clearly, but I am not sure whether it is even legal for a school to control one's actions outside of school. Also, even though you have to register your blog, does that mean you have to give your password? Your password is valuable and can be linked to other accounts.

Unfortunately, because they are a private school, they can pretty much do whatever they want. One thing to look at, though, is if they take in any state or federal money. If they do, they become what's called a "state actor." State actors are not allowed to limit what is said by a student, on a blog or otherwise.

What if the student doesn't HAVE a computer(or access to one at the town's library)...then what?...expulsion because this means that the school's administration CAN'T check out what he/she wrote about, regardless of whether it's school-related or what?...

This stinks...

Suggestion:post this story to WorldNet Daily, explain to the website owner about this situation, and hopefully the stpry gets posted, and this will embarrass the administration into dropping the "draconian" rules...good luck...

The answers to those things(the first 9 things) are a result of laziness, or lack thereof. If people are interested enough, they will ignore being tired, and overcome laziness and do something.

I used to be best friends with this girl in 4th and 5th grade we were still kinda friends throughout middle school but for highschool we went to different school and havent talked since. We're both in 10th grade and in the beginning of 9th she added me to her myspace. Just a few days ago she replied to a bulletin I posted on myspace just saying hi and she missed hanging out with me and she wanted to get together over coffee. It might be God, or just good timing. I would say you could invite her if you want. It might be a pleasant surprise if she agrees to come. You never know how God is going to work, and what His plans our. This could be the beginning of something wonderful and unexpected!

It's almost always a wonderful thing to invite someone to a loving, Christian community, where they can see Jesus' love. Since you haven't seen this girl in a long time, you don't know the state of her heart. God may be bringing you two together for a reason.

If its not something that dramatically spiritual, maybe its just to renew a friendship! That's wonderful enough in itself.
