I am looking for some type of online community that is set up like myspace, xanga or something like that where people of diff religious denominations can go to to chat and post stories and give and get advice.

http://www.xianz.com/ is the Christian answer to myspace. I don't think that you will find people of other faiths unless they are flamers, but you will find different denominations of Christians there.
