I am 19 years old and I met this amazing christian guy on myspace (He's 20). We live about 500 miles apart. It's been talking almost a month now and we really want to meet sometime in the near future. My dad does not know anything about him yet. How can I tell my dad?
Normally, I wouldn't be so hesitant to tell him about this but there have been things happened in the past. My mom has met up with some guys on the internet and had numerous affairs on my dad. I really don't want him to get the wrong message. I hope he doesn't take it as a deja vu thing. I know what my limits are and what I shouldn't do. So, any help on how to make this more comfortable to tell him?
