Casting Crowns is awesome. MercyMe is also awesome.

There's also like Third Day, Newsboys, David Crowder Band, Selah, and Creed.

Besides bands there are some really good individual singers like Chris Tomlin, Mark Schultz, Nichole Nordeman, Steven Curtis Chapman, and Jeremy Camp.

Try listening to a local Christian radio station and you'll find yourself loving the music, because not only is it good-sounding music but it speaks to your heart and has meaning.

Well, if you are looking for some choir-type music, I would suggest the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. They have many wonderful songs and they sing about Jesus Christ. :) They are wonderful and yes, they do have songs with Latter-day Saint themes, but Jesus is key.

I also recommend the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, wonderful Christian/Christmas music to keep you in the mood year round!

I also happen to like the following bands/artists: Family Force 5, MercyMe, Amy Grant, Spoken, Everyday Sunday, Switchfoot, Pillar, Disciple, Falling Up, Red, The Beautiful Republic, and Thousand Foot Krutch.

Also, If you have any Worship CDs at home upload them to your computer. AND, if you go to church and like the music there, you can see if your church has any recommendations or CDs you can have/borrow!

I've heard great reviews of Mercy Me and Skillet, I love Christian music-especially modern Christian. My favorite modern Christian singer is Nicole C. Mullen-my aunt told me about the song "when i call on Jesus" and I have it on my ipod its really good!!! God bless you!!
