I met this girl, she would text me alot with her boyfriend problems (most of my friends come to me for relationship advice). At first a had no interest in her, but as time went on we started to get to know eachother more and more. Soon we admitted our liking of one-another (after she had broke up with her BF) She just turned 17 and i will soon turn 21. Normally i would never date someone that young (too immature for me) but she is very different. Her parents found out about me and took drastic action. Took away her car, cell, laptop, started monitoring her myspace and forbid her to ever see or speak to me again.Im a Christian, as is she, and I was very upset by her parents unwillingness to meet me or hear me out, but i honored there decision and did not try to contact her again, a month later i get a text from her thru her friends phone. It was very confusing for me, after thinking i would never hear from her again. Now we are seeing eachother in secret and i dont know what i should do

I would send her parents a letter saying that as a Christian you respect their decision and ask them if it would be alright to see her when she turns 18. Tell her, break it off until then. It's the right thing to do. You don't want to cause strife in her home. She's too young for this. If you care about her, wait a year. She needs to respect her parents' decision while living in their home. I believe they are being too harsh, but it's their call.

Wow that's pretty hard That was my case last year when I was 17....Now that I'm 18 its getting better...My parents thought that he wasn't taking me serious. He stuck around no matter what. At first when we started going out we kept it on the down low. But honestly yeah go talk to her parents tell them that u really like their daughter and that you'll respect her. That will let her parents know that your serious and it's no game to you. My boyfriend talked to my dad...and it just keeps getting better!
